Renewable energy production:
Legendre Energy’s core business
Legendre Energy is currently one of the leaders of the solar photovoltaic market. Expert in this field for the past 10 years, with more than 600 references in the country and an installed capacity of 100 megawatts, Legendre Energy is a major player on a high value-added market catering for industrial companies, hypermarkets and supermarkets, medical experts, homeowner associations and local authorities.
Solar photovoltaic self-consumption
The objective is to generate renewable electricity and use it locally to meet the needs of your sites or buildings. To achieve this, Legendre Energy installs power plants on rooftops, on the ground or on carport roofs.
If the plant generates more than necessary, the surplus can be fed into the power grid via a specific agreement. Excess energy can also be stored, in batteries for example, to improve the performance of the system.
Solar injection
Legendre Energy can also install injection solar power plants, i.e. by selling the electricity back to the grid.
Solar energy is captured by the cells of the photovoltaic modules, which convert the light into electrical energy. The direct current produced is then converted into alternating current by the inverter, to be fed into the grid.
A production meter is used to record the energy produced and determine the proceeds of the sale to EDF OA (in France) or your local renewable energy provider. The entire electricity generated is fed into the grid and sold.
